Performance description

 

1. This type of testing machine is used to test metallic materials to resist the impact to determine

the nature of the material under dynamic load performance.

 

2. This machine is automatic control impact testing machine. Its rising pendulum, hanging pendulum,

sending specimen, positioning and impacting all controlled by pneumatic and electric appliance,

which is easy to operate and has high efficiency.

 

3. After impacting the specimen, the machine can raise pendulum with surplus energy automatically

so as to be ready for the next impacting test.

 

4.This machine conduct impact test for metallic materials is in line with national standard GB/T3808-

2002 “pendulum-type impact test machine inspection”, according to national standard GB/T229-

2007 “metallic materials Charpy pendulum impact test method”.

 

5. JBW-500Z can make sample pairs in the positioning method. The energy of maximum impact

testing is 500J, and also with a 250J smaller pendulum.
